Facilities are different.
The plan should be, too.

Cleaning plans designed around daily use, public access and operational accountability.

How we plan the work

The work

A practical scope, from daily care to periodic work.

Each location starts with its own traffic patterns, surfaces, operating hours and statement of work. Services are selected and priced for the actual site.

01 / ROUTINE

Scheduled facility cleaning

Classrooms, offices, common areas, entrances, washrooms and touchpoints, with frequencies matched to occupancy and site needs.

  • Daily or recurring schedules
  • After-hours options
  • Supply and consumable planning
02 / PERIODIC

Detail & floor care

Planned deep cleaning and surface care for the spaces that need more than a daily pass.

  • Floor maintenance
  • Seasonal and break-period cleaning
  • High-use area refreshes
03 / SPECIAL PROJECTS

Site transitions

Cleaning support for move-ins, renovations, term breaks and other facility changes, scoped separately from ongoing work.

  • One-time projects
  • Pre-occupancy cleaning
  • Multi-site coordination

Disinfection, specialty surfaces and other regulated work are included only when explicitly scoped and appropriate for the site.

Where we fit

One approach. Different operating realities.

Schools and civic buildings cannot be treated as generic office space. We shape a proposal around each building's users, access rules and calendar.

Tell us about your facilities
01

Municipal, provincial & federal facilities

Public-facing spaces, administrative offices and shared facilities with defined service levels and contract oversight.

02

K–12 schools & school districts

Classrooms, washrooms, corridors and common areas planned around student schedules, school breaks and site access protocols.

03

Colleges & campuses

Learning spaces, administration areas and high-traffic buildings with schedules that adapt to terms, events and occupancy.

Our approach

A contract is only as good as the plan on the ground.

Before any work is priced or promised, the scope needs to be clear. These are the elements we would work through with a buyer for a site-specific proposal.

View capability overview
01

Understand the site

Review the statement of work, square footage, surfaces, occupancy and any mandatory site visit.

02

Define the service

Set tasks, frequencies, staffing assumptions, access windows and supplies in a clear schedule.

03

Plan for safe access

Confirm screening, security, key control and product requirements against the actual solicitation.

04

Make quality visible

Agree on inspection records, an issue contact and a route for corrective action.

For procurement teams

Give your evaluation team a response it can actually assess.

Mandatory criteria vary by buyer and solicitation. We review them first and structure a proposal against your requirements, with supporting evidence where applicable and available.

Common questions

A few useful answers before we talk.

Can you respond to a formal RFP or RFQ?

Yes. Send the solicitation, deadline and site details. We can review the mandatory requirements and confirm whether the opportunity is a fit before preparing a response.

Can cleaning happen outside teaching or public hours?

Operating windows are set in the site plan. After-hours, break-period and event schedules can be discussed where staffing and access permit.

What about school screening or security clearances?

Requirements differ by institution and contract. We review them before committing to an assignment and only represent clearances or checks that can be documented.

Do you offer lower-impact product options?

Product choices can be discussed with the buyer. Any proposed product still needs to suit the surfaces, safety data, label directions and the contract's specifications.
